and conquer your body
today i started my physical challenge for the year
and i am very excited
i went to cycling/spin class at the gym -
for the first time since living abroad in germany
in 2006
… i waited too long.
….
so excited to explore more group classes
i focused so much on hot yoga last year {and loved it}
but excited to incorporate other types of classes into my routine this year
are there any that you recommend?
